About Me

Hi–I'm a design leader who's driven by delivering exceptional product experiences, problem-solving through collaboration, and helping others develop as people and designers along the way. I'm currently a Sr. UX Manager at Schwab supporting wealth management and charitable experiences. Throughout my career, I have developed into an experienced design leader who can influence design, product, and engineering leadership across organizations; able to plan, prioritize, manage, and improve design processes, tools, and methodologies that boost design thinking and propel us to deliver desireable products. I am known for being a collaborative team player who can lead and mentor a team of designers, researchers, and UX writers; passionate about fostering an inclusive and accountable culture, which instills creativity and innovation; skilled in observing, listening, and simplifying sophisticated concepts to make them easier to solve and execute. Perhaps most importantly, I am a resilient leader with strong relationship/communication skills, personal values, integrity, and design/technical expertise; able to establish a "one-team" mindset that engages and builds alignment across different partners and teams.
