I am a seasoned Design Director with over 15 years of experience leading user experience design teams and shaping design practices. in my current role at a Fortune 500 design and technology consultancy, I oversee a team of over 160 design specialists and focus on human-centered design, delivering impactful web and mobile experiences for clients such as Fidelity Investments, MasterCard, and the Federal government. My prior roles include User Experience Director at mobile app design agency and Creative Director at global digital transformation consulting company, where I managed large design teams and established creative direction for web and mobile solutions for global brands like Nissan, Canon, and Adidas. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University of Ohio and certifications in SAFe Agile Product Management and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
